Cai Yiqing (Founder & CEO)

Cai Yiqing leads WildX Adventures with a vision to connect youth development with real-world experiential learning. He oversees program design, educational philosophy and strategic direction, ensuring every WildX journey is meaningful, safe and growth-oriented.

Experience

Youth Development & Education Leadership

After transitioning from a multinational corporate career, Cai devoted himself to children’s education and youth development. For over 5 years, he has built practical frameworks for family learning and capability development, helping parents support their children in more effective and science-based ways.

He founded InsightEDU Technology Pte. Ltd, where he pioneered the use of AI diagnostic tools to help student aged 7-16 to improve learning effectiveness significantly. He is also the author of PSLE Not Scary《PSLE不可怕》, promoting balanced and evidence-based learning approaches

Regional Business & Strategy Experience

Cai brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in GE and Baker Hughes, where he led regional business and strategic development across the APAC region. His background gives him strong insight into future talent needs, leadership development and global trends.

AJ Li Yi (Co-Founder & COO)

AJ leads operations and safety at WildX Adventures, ensuring that every program is delivered with professional standards, strong risk management and child-centered design. He brings deep technical expertise and practical field experience to create safe yet meaningful learning environments.

Experience

Outdoor & Water Safety Expertise

AJ brings over fifteen years of hands-on experience in outdoor sports and youth experiential education. He is an internationally certified advanced freediving instructor, water safety specialist and award-winning underwater photographer.

As an AIDA Master Freediving Instructor and PADI Instructor Trainer, he has trained and certified more than 800 students and instructors through structured programs supported by rigorous safety and risk management systems.

Youth Sports & Experiential Education

AJ has led large-scale national sports education initiatives and designed international training camps for young participants. His work includes elite basketball exchange programs connected to the Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan training camps.

Through these programs, he has supported thousands of youth participants, developing strong expertise in curriculum design, coaching and youth engagement.

Vincent Zhang Ye (CPO)

Vincent Zhang leads expedition design and immersive learning experiences at WildX Adventures. He brings deep field expertise, global expedition experience and strong educational intent to create meaningful real-world learning journeys for youth.

Experience

Expedition Leadership & Field Expertise

Vincent is an internationally recognized expedition leader and documentary filmmaker with over fifteen years of professional field experience. His award-winning documentary projects have been featured at major international film festivals.

He holds a rare combination of international certifications, including National Rock Climbing Instructor, BASI Ski Instructor, AIDA Freediving Judge, PADI Underwater Photographer, and Wilderness First Aid & Rescue. This multidisciplinary background allows him to operate confidently across marine, alpine and wilderness environments.

Experiential Education & Program Design

Vincent has led complex expedition and media projects for global brands and tourism organizations, developing strong capabilities in planning, field operations and visual storytelling.

Deeply committed to youth development and nature-based education, he designs immersive programs that cultivate resilience, leadership and environmental responsibility. At WildX, he helps young explorers discover their potential through guided real-world challenges
